How safe is it to drive a car with worn front brake pads? The warning light and annoying beep have just come on this morning.
Can't get them looked at until Saturday at the earliest. Is it safe to drive in the meantime? I need to do a 10 mile round trip on country lanes and another 10 mile round trip on normal but fast roads tomorrow.
Audi A6, btw. Only replaced about a year ago.
