Failed medical abortion

Hi, so I thought I would post on here to get some advice. So I went to my medical abortion appointment on the 5th July. The health advisor was lovely but she didn't scan me at all or do any tests, and just assumed I was 7 weeks pregnant. She even gave me the mifepristone and misoprostol to take home with me to do myself. So, on the 6th July, I took the mifepristone, I felt absolutely normal. On 7th July, in the evening, I then inserted the 4 misoprostol pills vaginally. It took about 2 hours for the bleeding and pain to kick in, I did have to push quite hard to get the bleeding started though. The bleeding was very heavy, and the cramping was very painful, but was relieved with ibropufen. Something weird I noticed was that I wasn't passing any clots as of yet. 3 days later, today, I'm still bleeding moderately, cramping bad (is relieved with painkillers), and I've only just started passing clots today(I've had 2 pretty big ones). Obviously I've googled and it's saying incomplete abortion. I think I'm going to wait another few days to see if the bleeding and pain calms down but I just want to know if anyones had a similar experience. It seems that everyone's bleeding and pain goes away or calms down within the first day😅
And I think the health advisor was a bit of a red flag as she didn't even scan me!!!
Apologies for the long post x

I thought a scan had to be fine to be sure of a pregnancy. I’d suggest you go to see your GP tomorrow and get checked out to be sure everything is as it should be

I know! I thought so too. She was like "yeah you seem fine and I'm guessing you're 100% pregnant so I'm not going to scan you". What if there was something wrong like an ectopic pregnancy or something. Just annoyed me a bit
