I was wondering if anyone could advise.
When bidding for social housing, if you reach the shortlisting stage, after a bidding cycle has closed, does the Council or Housing Association only consider the first 5 or first 10 people or is it possible that they may consider up to the first 15?
Or could it also be that it’s all just done under their own discretion and how they please to handle it all and so they don’t really have to adhere to any kind of policy etc?
