Sounds stupid but can I actually take my own partner to csa for child maintenance for our child, currently pregnant again he recently moved so he could have better money else were obviously I didn't want to move as I am pregnant and need my support system around me for childcare while I go into hospital for appointments ext. He's moved 80 mile away and since he's moved he's always caused an argument on sending money to provide for his son I mean I have everything in for my kids as I've done it my self but I don't work due to not much option to childcare with one being nearly 1 and my daughter going into full time school September it would be nice of the help n leeway.
Thankyou

You can claim maintenance if you separate from him. Claiming maintenance and trying to maintain a relationship with him is mad.
