Is there some "special" formula for being able to get rid of stuff on the for sale and wanted boards???

I mean it all seems to be very "in house" (so to speak) - people that virtually only post on those boards only buying/selling to like minded people.

I want to sell some stuff (and have just offered something to someone - but they don't want it as it's "not perfect"....whereas the "regular" sellers one is.....apparently) but it seems if you don't just MN for buying and selling - forget it!

have you used "hun" in your sale threads?
you also need to bump them all the time apparently

Depends on what you're selling too. And some people want too much out of something
"Wanted x item. Must be in excellent hardly used or nearly new condition and you're going to have to pay me to take it off your hands"

That being said, I've bought some lovely stuff. What are you selling?
