Hi, I'm seeking local advise and help regarding living in Great Sankey, Warrington. There are quite a few new home developments near Omega Bursiness Park in Great Sankey ( Willow Fields by Castle Green, Aldon Wood by Taylor Wimpey, Woodville Place by Miller Homes) and seems it is a newly developed area. I've no experience in living in Warrington and would like some help and advise if these developments are good areas to live in terms of safety, ease of traffic & transportation ( travelling to work in Manchester or Liverpool by train/car ) and noise. I am looking for a location with no/very little flight noise (hopefully not under flight paths) and not sure regarding flight noise in that area ? Is living next/near to a business park will subject to heavy traffic with logistics trucks movements or operation noise pollution or light pollution at night ? Looking forward to helpful advise and sharing from those living near there or have experience/good knowledge around that area ? Many Thanks.
