My daughter is four and I am expecting a little boy, on the same day. She loves dolls and already has a couple of baby dolls that don't do anything. Was thinking of getting her Baby Alive for her birthday/'present from baby' gift but as it's £49 want to know if anyone one has one and if it's worth the money. If it's not, can anyone recommend another interactive doll? (We had Baby Bjorn last Xmas and it's rubbish!)

My ds got the baby millie doll from ELC for Christmas and I think it's excellent. She sucks her dummy and bottle, cries, burps, goes to sleep. The only thing she doesn't do is wee, but that suits me fine. She is £30 but I think they have an offer on at the moment where you get something free (I think it's a wooden rocking cot).

Oh and she's really nice to cuddle because she has a soft body which Baby Born doesn't.

Thanks Tutu. Anyone else have any dolly advice?
