Can any one please help me! recently my sister got a new packard Bell computer for her daughter. I was going to create a user account for my sister (I had already set up my niece as the syster administrator a a few weeks ago!) Yesterday I noticed that there was 3 accounts in the user account section 1. was my niece
- was the guest account
- was a A.S.P Net Machine Account!
I stupidly thought that this last account was the account automatically set up by the ISP (Tiscali) for my sister! I gave my niece the standard (limited) use and made the A.S.P NET Manager Account the administrator,now I need permission by the system administrator to perform most tasks, and I do not know the A.S.P NET Machine Account password!I can not get back in to create or change a user account without the password, I can not uninstall any programs without the password! Tiscali will not help me,and the Yogi Tech guys said that it will cost me £29.99 to put right! They also told me that microsoft would also charge me to put it right and it would take longer, even though the account appeared after updating windows!Can anyone please help me, and try and explain in simple terms how I can either find the password or get shut of the user account??
