I am desperate for a new suite. I have my heart set on a white leather corner 'cluster'. The only one I have fallen in love with so far is the 'Matisse' from the Linda Barker range at DFS and would love it but one side of it is just to long to fit anywhere in my living room.

So I throw down the gaunlet to you ladies (as I am on the verge of giving up) do any of you know where I can find a small leather corner settee preferably in white. Would consider none leather options.

Or even if anyone knows anywhere other than Habitat that sells 'compact' settees

Help me please I am deseperate.

In fact I'm begging aren't I(?)

Errrmmm would it help if I offered some sort of finders fee?? negotiable on finding a suite that I actually buy?

I have a great range of nearly new (mostly named) girlswear that dd has grown out of (any age range from birth - 2yrs)

I also have lots of out grown toys in reasonable nick.

I'm also prepared to pay cold hard cash.

In fact I think I've just thought of a business venture...

Whereabouts are you? In london there is a sofa workshop where you just choose the style and then select the fabric and they make them specially for you. It is at the warren street end of TCR.

SuzySox · 23/11/2004 13:53

I'm in Bed's I don't mind travelling to find one what's TCR?

Oh Is it Tottenham Court Road? Do you know the name of the store? are they online?

Am excited now!

I think there is a sofa workshop in my town, maybe you should check locally first.

Chandra · 23/11/2004 13:59

The Pier makes small sofas (or at least it does in U.S.), not sure though if they have a corner one. One of the great misteries of current furniture is why on earth they are making sofas biger and biger, when the size of the houses seems to become smaller and smaller.

SD - thanks tried Deb's nothing suitable also tried John Lewis, habitat, M & S etc

Haven't tried Ikea though

DillyDally - thanks will look there.

SmellyMelly - I've not heard of Sofa Workshop before but will see if there's one locally or even another place that custom makes.
