I live in a square of 8 privet houses. Garden in square in the middle. In one house there is a young man who kicks a ball at a net from about 5.30 and the noise can be constant until 8 / 9 o clock at night. We have to move indoors shut all the windows/doors and turn the TV up or wear earphones. Spoken to the parents. They think I am being unreasonable wanting him to stop. Help
