Lightinthebox

Has anyone ordered from them (Lightinthebox)? Their clothes look gorgeous in the photos, but I see their factory is in China, and the lack of regulation there means little or no comeback if the clothes don’t arrive or aren’t as advertised. I’ve looked on Trustpilot, but some of the positive reviews are very generic, so I’m doubtful. Does anyone on MN have direct experience ordering from them?

I ordered some dance shoes and they were very small, but it wasn't worth the hassle of trying to ship them back. I wouldn't buy from them again personally.

My daughter ordered some of those trainers with the light up soles from Lightinthebox. I was very wary and warned her they might be dodgy but although they took quite a while to arrive they did turn up eventually and they were exactly as advertised and worked fine.

The photos are copied from other more reputable sites.
