Russia testing out Satan 2

Probably irrational and just a bit scared but is anyone else worrying about escalation from Russia? With them using this nuclear weapon? Especially on the UK? I'm just trying to make sense of what is going on and trying to think clearly without being irrational.

Yea 100% you arnt they only one, last time I posted about being terribly anxious I got a lot of crap, i suffer with anxiety disorder so I never know which anxiety is justified or me being very irrational 🤦🏻‍♀️

Ah right I see, so do you think it's purely a scare tactic? Or do you think he would use this Satan 2?

It was always due to come into service this year, what he has basically said is that it should make the west think twice about making threats in the heat of the moment.

I mean, given the situation, I don’t think it’s an extreme comment to make really.

I am worried he will use this on the UK, as it does seem to be escalating. Or is it just propaganda in the British press?

It’s a bit of posturing from Putin (as you’d expect) and the media whipping up fear and panic amongst the population, people are much more likely to click on an article with a headline suggesting Putin has made a direct threat towards the UK with a new supercharged nuke then ‘Russia tests new missile to replace out of date ones from the 70’s - as they have done for the past few years with the latest test being long planned and expected. Western governments are not worried but think he shouldn’t talk about their posturing and rhetoric whilst being a posturing dick full of rhetoric himself.’ It just doesn’t have the same ring to it.

It does make sense, its just having the fear of God put into you with these articles. Thank you for your perspective though I appreciate the discussion it's given me a different side to everything.
