In one hour's time I will be taking part in a Stage 3 panel to try and get the Social Services to admit they were negligent in their "care" of me when I was in care.
An independant person has already assessed my file (Stage 2) and found that they were negligent (though not used that word) but we have gone on to the next stage as I want them to admit liability.
They say they can't and that it has to go to court. I know they don't want to admit liability as they are then open to me suing them but the Stage 2 lady told me I shoud and they have insurance for this.
I have already seen a solicitor and we would need barristers should it go to court.
All I asked for was them to say sorry. They wouldn't.
Any money I do get I am going to buy new toys for the kids at the hospital and any local children's homes.
