My dh had the "SNIP" After I had twins, I had 2 sections for both my pg.
The first was a terrible experience and there was no way I would have considered haivng the dt's naturally, but I know how you feel in feeling that you have been cheated in not having a natural birth, I am just thankful that I have 3 wonderful children and a wonderful dh who would go and get himself "snipped" just for me.

His recovery was quite quick, but he is a mad man he refused to take any pain medication, as they say not to over do it and his thoughts were "well if i can't feel it how will i know if i am over doing it"
So he suffered in silence (yeah right)

good luck and I hope you feel less odd soon

it must be a really hard decision. We have 5 dc. I am 26 and dh is 32....we have discussed it but we can't make the ultimate decision. Never say never and all that.....

Kneehighinnappies · 09/01/2008 17:58

Never say never until you've had twins caz
