Thinking of different thread…. How much do you spend on groceries per week?

Our family of 3 (toddler almost 1.5yrs old) spend min £120 per week. East of England. We need to get it lower, it is hard already with everything else.

We spend about the same (family of three, DD is 5yo).

We'd like to reduce it. Largely because I know general living costs are going to increase, so I'd like to make saving where we can.

I know the answer is LIDL, ALDI and ASDA (currently shop at Waitrose/Ocado).

But Waitrose/Ocado is so much more convenient where we live I am thinking of just becoming vegetarian, as it's so much cheaper than being an omnivore (I was brought up vegetarian so it wouldn't be such a bit deal).
