Missed ovulation and spotting?

I apologise if this is in the wrong topic, I haven't got a clue where it's suppose to go!

So I usually ovulate CD 14-16. I am now on CD20 and have still not ovulated but yesterday I had some brown/red spotting and this morning I have brown spotting.
What could this be? Surely I'm not coming on my period already and would I even come on if I haven't ovulated this month?

I had covid this month so I'm not sure if that's messed with my cycle!

Bump. Been spotting brown for 5 days now

So I usually ovulate CD 15-17. I am now on CD23 and have still not ovulated but I had brown spotting that started 5 days ago and it's still going on. I also have some mild cramps.
What could this be? Surely can't be implantation bleeding this early as I would have been around 3-5dpo when the spotting started

I had covid this month so I'm not sure if that's messed with my cycle!

Are you sure you didn't ovulate early in your cycle this month? I ovulate anything from day 8 to day 17.
