Chamber Music : Recommendations Please

Love chamber music, but my collection is pitifully small. I'd like some recommendations please - here's the stuff I have (and love) already:

Schubert - Death and the Maiden Quartet, Piano Trios, String Quintet in C, Trout Quintet
Ravel/Debussy String Quartets
Shostakovich Piano Quintet
Brahms Cello Sonatas

i'm an absolute sucker for schubert, he really is my favourite

Hi Spacemonkey
looking at what you alrady have - and excuse any clarinet/woodwind bias, I'm a clarinet player...

Mozart and Brahms Clarinet quintets
Schubet Octet & Arpeggione Sonata + the Shepherd on the Rock if you don't mind some singing.
Dvorak "American" string quartet and others
Dvorak Wind Serenade
Debussy Violin & Cello Sonatas
Mozat Piano & wind Quintet
Brahns Clarinet Trio
also Shostakovich and Bartok string quartets

could go on but I'm sure I'd get really boring. Also I tend to know more about woodwindy things than string/piano stuff as that's what I play!

hmm my typing sucks. Brahms and Mozart, obviously....

love the Mozart Clarinet Quintet, I forgot about that one. Thanks for the recommendations, will look out for all of these

20th century stuff - I really like the Michael Nyman String Quartets.
Not "chamber" as such but I also adore the Yo Yo Ma recordings of the six solo cello suites by Bach. And especially like Haydn, as Yorkiegirl also suggested.
I am a real chamber music dunce I have just realised, Spacemonkey. (Opera/choral/noisy Baroque and Early stuff more my thing) - will ask at work tomorrow for top tips from more informed persons.

Shostakovich piano trios - really nice recording by Nash Ensemble
Jacques Ibert - I've got a general purpose chamber music disc of his music
Any Poulenc is gorgeous - not sure if there is 'chamber music' but the flute sonata and violin sonata are gorgeous, as is the two piano music.
I'll have a bit more think.
