Advice Needed re: Website Client

I just wanted some advice on this please.....

I have a couple of clients whose website I built about 2 years ago and their domain name is due for renewal. I've given them details of cost of renewal etc. and they do want it renewing so I gave them payment methods I accept.

One of them automatically paid via Paypal to the email address I'd sent the email from without asking me what my account was or confirming they were paying this way. My account is another email address so I explained this and said sorry but I can't do anything about this as no such account would exist with Paypal and then told them what my account name was. I've been checking my account since (17th Dec) and it's still showing no money in my account. I'm getting constant reminders from the people I get the domain from, saying that it will be deleted soon. It's only £6.79 for 2 years - should I pay this myself and then wait for my money? Thing is, I've sent several reminders plus I don't make any money from this, so will just end up out of pocket (and dh is jobless at the moment ) Just to confirm, the websites were done ages ago adhoc but is not a business I do anymore really.

WWYD?

Have you gone into your Paypal account and added your other email address to accept a payment.
The money may be sat there waiting for you to accept it.

Oh, can you do that I didn't know. I just presumed that it wouldn't have done anything as no such account exists! lol Will go try now
