Hello! I am so confused and could really do with some help and someone explaining!
Our tenancy ends April 16 th on our current home we paid one months rent upfront so we do not have to pay rent March- April. Can we sign a tenancy for in March and will we lose any money as we have already paid the one months rent upfront ourselves and can we do this?
