Question re buying on eBay

I bought a top on eBay - bidding ended Friday. Sent the seller a note Friday asking if it was okay to send PO via recorded delivery. Sent it anyway on Sat morning as she hadn't replied. Still no reply and sent a note via eBay messages yesterday asking whether she'd rec'd payment. No answer yet. Can someone pls remind me of protocols ... do I get notification anywhere that she has received payment or sent item? Am I being unreasonable expecting a reply to emails? She has 100% positive feedback.

if you go into "my ebay" and click on "order details" (there will be a drop down menu next to the item title and number) for the item in question it should tell you if the seller has marked your item as payment recieved or dispatched.
