ok my husband said he would buy me some ugg boots for xmas (was dead excited as i have never had any b4 and couldn;t justify spending all my wage on some) so anyway ordered some off ebay which turned out to be fakes and have just managed to get my money back
so thought better be safe than sorry and buy them from an actual real shop - they are all out of stick near us apart from in size 8 (i'm a three)
so i thought i would order them off the actual ugg australia website so i went on to it on sunday and they had the colour and size i wanted but last orders had to be in by wednesday for xmas delivery so i hurriedly put my order in (with dh's credit card ) it came up "error this will be reported immediately to the system administrator sorry for any inconvenience"
i checked my email and had no order confirmation receipt etc, so i tried again and the same thing happened so i tried again, thought i'd better leave it and try on monday morning
monday morning went through no probs got an email confirming my order and a pritable receipt
thought i'd check on my order progress this morning and all four pairs are in te warehouse waiting to be shipped !!!!! dh is going to kill me (they are £170 a pair) i have emailed them three times and have no response telling them that i do not want them all just the one pair will do me fine or to change the colour of at least one of the pairs
still been no reply and dh has rung his cresit card company and the lady on the phone told him that they have tried to take the same amount 4 times but they have only let it go through once!! as they thought this was odd - what should i do as it still says that theyare in the warehouse
i hop ethey donlt cancel the pair that i actually want!! as in my email i asked them to cancel the first three orders and kept the one that i had thought had been successful in the first place
aaaarrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
