Digital Pics ... resolution questions - Help!

Hope someone can help me with this one. Am gathering photos together to send off for inclusion in personalised calendar. The instructions say min resolution should be 1600 x 1800 but all my pics are 1600 x 1200. Is there any way to change this after the event, eg. in a software editing progrramme. There's no phone no for me to call company to check what they'll come out like so any help/advice appreciated.

Thanks

In my experience you can generally chance resolution down but not up, unless you've got a super duper editing software, as it is the amount of pixels per square whatever, so 'creating' new ones is quite hard

You might still be o.k. with 1600x1200. Have you checked with the company that does the personalised calendar? they might be able to 'doctor' something to either make the image fit the frame or have it inset maybe?

Thanks! Unfortunately, there's no phone no to contact them! It's the NCT Calendar and they appear to outsource production to another company so you just get the 'pack' you need and nothing else. Think I'll ring the NCT tomorrow and see what they say.

I'm pretty sure that you can in a photo editing package such as paintshop. All you are doing is changing the amount of pixels that make up the picture so in theory it should be easy enough to do!!
