What does "message withdrawn" mean?

OP posts:

It means that message has been deleted

wobblyknicks · 14/11/2004 18:31

It means that whoever wrote the message has asked the MN staff to remove it, or the MN staff have seen fit to remove it anyway.

that mumsnet has removed a poster's messages usually at their (poster's) request (following a specific problem)... and very rarely MN removes a message if it is very offensive or from a troll.

Thankyou
