Does anyone know how I can get in contact with Gap?

I bought a coat for my daughter last month and the stitching has come undone on a seam. This was a £50 coat so I did expect it to last better.

Anyway, I've sent an email to the customer service address that it gives to ask for a replacement and I've also called the customer services helpline and neither is accepting calls or emails. They bounce back.

Is there another email address?

I would take it back to the shop.

I can't, I ordered it online. Plus all the shops are closed now.

I finally managed to get hold of someone. They basically want me to return the coat at my expense and they won't say if I could have a refund until someone has 'verified that the cost is defective' I know some people try it on but I don't think this smacks of great customer service. I sent them a photo 🤷🏻‍♀️ I've not had this experience with John Lewis. In fact, I don't want a refund - what I would like is for the coat to be fixed because my dd loves it.

This is where it's just come unstitched.
