Child maintenance

Hi, I have applied for child maintenance today the direct collect pay option. Can anyone tell me if child maintenance supplies the payer with my details... ie; my address and salary/earnings??

No, I previously worked there although i only dealt with applications, they won't pass any of your personal information to the paying parent, i think that would be a breach if any department did that

No, they won't disclose your address and they won't even ask about your earnings, as the recieving parent your earnings are irrelevant.

I think they can pass a sort code/account number with your permission
