What pill is this?

A friend and contractor got talking about her severe pain and he gave her the attached pill. She took it and claims it worked like magic. I'm concerned. Does anyone recognise what it is? He's refusing to say what exactly it's called.

I know it's awfully trusting and foolish of her. She won't listen to me and continues to buy them off him.

What pill is this?

I don't know but after watching Dope Sick about how addictive OxyContin is I would be very wary if I was your friend!

I reverse Google image searched. Looks like it's called Captagon and it doesn't seem good!

Agree. It's an amphetamine.

I didn't expect to get the answer. Thank you all so very much. I'll let her know immediately. Though, I very much doubt she will listen. :(

I can't believe she'd take something from someone who refused to say what it was! No wonder you are concerned

That’s absolutely fascinating. Where the fuck did your friends friend get their hands on that??????

Fenethylline. It's broken down by the body into amphetamine and an old style bronchodilator called theophylline.

Together, they act as a euphoric and it's used by jihadis, soldiers and the poor to make themselves feel better and stronger.

Made mainly in Syria, the sales help to prop Assad's government.

It's churned out in industrial volumes.

It can cause cardiac arrhythmias, paranoia, hallucinations, delusions and cardiovascular issues.

@Handsnotwands He's a carpenter she hired. There to do some renovation. No idea where he got it from.
