Im suppose to give my insurance company a copy of my Pass Plus certificate by Monday. If not, then my insurance goes up. My instructor sent off for it last Friday and so Ive had over a week to get it and it hasnt come. Have tried ringing them up today, but no answer. I was hoping if I could get the certificate number than I could ring up insurance company and give them that and ask if I can just give them a copy when it arrives. Not sure what to do. Im going to keep ringing Pass Plus to see if anyone answers but as its a Saturday, Im not sure if they'll be open, but my instructor said I could ring them up today. I did think of ringing the insurance company to say whats happening, but would prefer to ring them up with some sort of proof that Ive done it.
