Which platform is best to sell baby/kids stuff quick?

If you got nice toys and good quality clothes eBay. Work out the postage before you list. So gather up boxes and weigh the items in the packaging.
Not so great stuff Facebook in bigger bundles.
Your better stuff will get more money on eBay and then sell the rest cheap

I've been trying to sell my pushchair, Trikes and walker. On eBay might be tricky to post them?

Facebook marketplace. No postage costs and no fees. Just price realistically as your audience will be smaller than national sites

If the items aren’t easy to post go for Facebook, make sure you join all the local selling groups.
If you are in a big urban area you could still do well on eBay. I live in the sticks so big items are hard to sell on eBay.
