dd needs a Hawaiian dancer costume help...

Ok I knew the time would come it is dd's first nativity paly and she needs a hawaiian dancers costume. My crafty skills are nil so if anybody knows where to get one or has one going spare could they let me know. Thanks

clairabelle - my dd has one although it is quite well worn so not in pristine condition. Tbh it is getting a bit small for her now so if you get stuck I would be happy to send it to you.

bonym that's really kind of you. How old is your dd?

Grass skirt - just have some elastic round top of skirt, and attach green crepe paper to it - cut into thin strips.

Make a paper flower garland for round nexk, or a string threaded with beads, falso flowers or shells.

Flower for hair.

We do have one, but DD still uses it as dress up sorry. To give you an idea of what it would look like: look here

where do you live clairabelle? there's a place in islington that has all sorts of stuff like that called Preposterous Presents. It's on Upper Street. They definitely have all sorts of Hawaiian accessories and costumes.

Do you have a Matalan near you ? Seen them in there within last two weeks !!! Good Luck in finding or making
