Its not heavy, its just a biggish box , not fat, just long and thin!!

(its a barney dance mat, boxed)

I just presumed I could take it to the post office, but after reading a thread about couriers, Im not so sure?

Thanks

There are dimension limits - hang on, I'll find a link...

WendyWeber · 09/12/2007 11:19

"The maximum length for rolled or cylindrical items is 900mm, and the length plus twice the item diameter must be no more than 1040mm."

That's for Royal Mail packets.

(I know it's a box but the dimension limits should apply???)

WendyWeber · 09/12/2007 11:22

You can still do that at the PO - for up to 1.5m long - is yours under that?

We've dropped boxes off for parcelforce that have been really ig and heavy...well buggy sized? Parcelforce thru paypal I think was £10.99 which was cheaper than posting rm...just read not heavy but maybe useful to someone!
