I need to rant about Amazon and parcelnet!!!

Arrgghhhh! 2 years ago I did a Christmas order through Amazon and they screwed up big time - delivered 2 months(!!!!) after I ordered. Resolved never to use them again. This year I thought I will give them another chance (tis the season and all) ordered 2 weeks ago and have not received package - rang up dear old parcelnet who told me in a 'not my problem' voice that a courier had reported my package missing (nice of them to let me know!). I need these pressies by this weekend so now I have to haul my toddler and 28wk pg self around the shops to pay high street prices for the pressies I thought I had sorted. That is it!! NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. For a company their size and reputation they need to sort out their delivery and courier choices!! Steam is literally rising from my head.

How annoying! Must say, whilst I generally love Amazon and use it, I decline using it around X-mas....just in case!
Can you maybe find someone to look after your Toddler, to make the trip a bit easier?

Amazon are a crap IMO.

They do exactly what they want, and appear to make no effort to deliver something on time, especially around Christmas. I ahve a very long and boring tale about Amazon and an xbox 360 ordered in August for Christmas, which they failed to deliver. They always keep you hanging on by changing the delivery date.

I resolved never to use them again, and did so for a full year. Have succumbed this year though , but I still hate them
