Covid and our wedding

So April next year will be our 4th date. Everyone around me is telling me it should and will go ahead next year but with the winter coming etc, I'm having doubts which I feel is only natural, that another lockdown will happen. Why can't I just accept it will happen? It's delayed us being able to start a family etc, and I just want someone to tell me I'm not alone in feeling sceptical

Why don't you still go ahead with the wedding with a smaller guest list. You can have a big parry at a later stage if you wish too. I will not reschedule it again if I was you.
