Social Work Placements

Any idea where I could get a social work placement and how to go about getting one? voluntary is ok...I need to be "in placement" for the social work degree but I have no idea how to actually get this placement with no qualifications!

Does your college/uni not have to find your placement for you?

If not I would suggest contacting youth clubs or in my area the serives for older persons always require volunteers in many settings and they were always very accomodating with me.

Is there a definition for what you placement has to cover.
