I was pulling lavender's leg on her thread.

Sorry if you thought I was being serious it was just that I didn't think it was fair on other people to ask such personal questions especially if she wasn't having problems with that area of her life.

I think it is ok to be nosey BUT I think that you ought to say that at the beginning instead of the rather aggressive "Discuss"

I wanted to send you this message because I was feeling guilty about joking about what is actually a serious subject for some couples.

Sorry

Thanks KangaMummy
I wasn't offended but I did think that she must have been having problems from the tone of her first post. I was just teasing about feeling inadequate and needing lessons in raising my libido - however my DH would probably be in favour!

KangaMummy · 06/11/2004 16:42

OK amynnixmum I am really glad that I have explained myself to you and the other mumsnetters.

I do have a weird sense of humour sometimes and people don't know if I am pulling their leg.

I am quite harmless really

BUT I do get confused by lavenders questions and her threads sometimes.

I thought that people wouldn't realistically think that we did it that many times every night

well, I am not going to say what actually the truth is!!!!

KM - I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets confused by Lavender's threads, I usually leave them well alone because they always, always end in rows and sulking (although she always comes back for more, so she obviously doesn't mind ...).

anynnixmum - I'd just like to say that I can vouch for the fact that KM is weird, it's spending too much time in a padded cell that's done it - but I wanted to tell you that she's rather nice too . And she is mostly harmless

KangaMummy, I just thought your post was very funny - it was obviously taking the proverbial - quite rightly!

ssd · 06/11/2004 19:25

ssd · 06/11/2004 19:26
