Basic Skills levels across the population v offenders - do you know the stats?

I was on a course yesterday and was given a set of stats that I found interesting. I know there are some MNetters who find stats of this kind of thing interesteing so thought I would share.

The course was about the importance of raising literacy and numeracy standards.

These were the questions posted?

  1. What %age of adults in the UK with a degree are in work?
