Buying stuff from US website ..... how does it work and what size do I order?

Have never ordered from abroad before but ds is demnding go diego go slippers and I can get them from the Nick Jr shop.

I just dont know what size to order (he is a 7) and what I should be expwcting to pay in postage?

You need to go up a size for the US so you'd need to order an 8. Postage varies from site to site but you should also check that they will ship to UK (if you haven't already!) because some don't.
