Photo help please

I have just found a photo of me when I was about 4. I have less than 10 pics of me between birth and about 23 so this is very precious. I would like to get a copy but with the person I am sat with removed. Any ideas how I can go about this please? HTIA.

If it were me I'd try ringing a few local printers to see if they are able to do any work with it on 'Photoshop'. They'd scan in the piccie and then sort of erase the other person with the software. You could then get a copy of that as a separate digital image and get prints from that. It's the only way I can think of and more and more printers have someone who can use Photoshop. Good Luck!

there are ways round it. If you aren't touching the person its a simple crop but otherwise its a case of cloning a different area of the photo. easily done on photoshop although labourious!

If you have a scanner I am willing to give it a go for you.

Rats. Anyone you know who could scan them maybe?

Don't know about Boots but I know Asda stores that have a photo counter do a correction/adjustment service. Not sure how much it costs though.

My friend has a scanner. Could ask her.

Not too worried about the cost as I hardly have any pics and I look just like my DD. Our Asda doesn't seem to have anything like that.

DH is going to burn on to DVDs the few pics I have as they will deterioate over time.
