I would like to have a body like hers! I saw her on Strictly Come Dancing and was mesmorised by the symmetry of her back! I would like to know her training regime and diet in order to put my own version into practise.

I do work out with weights and sometimes follow the Ms Olympia contest. The problem with those women, they are too bulky for my personal taste and I would not want to go that far. I prefer the athletic physique of someone like Denise Lewis because she carries herself gracefully, IMO.

Anybody else have a favourite body they would like to emulate?

Uhu, I would thoroughly recommend a book called Peak fitness for Women by Paula Newby-Fraser. I followed her fitness plan for 6 months (about 7 years ago, pre children) and it made a huge difference to my overall fitness but especially to my physique. A few men said they thought my thighs were a bit too chunky but my DH thought I looked great and most importantly, so did I. And I definitely carried myself better then.

blimey mckenzie what cheeky men for saying that to you.
Agree that denise lewis has a great body. Hope you manage to get one like her
I like curves more and as I have them don't mind who I look like as long as I get rid of my tummy.
