Baby with a yellow nose!!!!

Hi, I was just wondering if there are any other mom's out there who have a yellow nosed baby! My DD's 11 months old and every now and then I notice that her little nose has a yellow tinge to it. I've asked the doctor what he thinks he may be and he's just told me that it's her colouring but I'm a little concerned that it could be something else. Has anyone had a similar thing occur? Thanks in advance

Too many carrots (or food w/ carotene) can give orange tinge - happened to my MIL with dh's older brother - hth!

Thx tickle. I'll try not give her yellow veg for a while and see if that gets rid of it!
