Hi everyone
I'm just wanting to know about when everyone's toddlers started talking, please don't say I need speech and language stuff because I've already started that process and I'm on the list for speech support
She makes loads of noises but no words at all sometimes I try and make the sounds into words
There is just so much pressure from my parents and others that she should be talking now it's all I stress about and I'm now feeling like I'm pushing her trying to get her to talk
I've realised that during lockdown she only had me to talk to her brothers are a lot older so very noises house I think she tuned us all out and I did spend a lot of time schooling them rather than with her so I'm hoping it's just a speech delay
She's got a clear understanding of a variety or words but I'm still going to check her hearing just in case
So I just want to know did anyone else have a 'later ' talker
