Interested to know what everyone celebrating ate today?? I made a mixed grill with spring rollls, tandoori chicken, chicken kebabs, mutton kebabs, lamb chops and loads of sauces and salads with naan. I always think starters are the best part of a meal so this was great!

What did other people cook/eat?

Sorry, I am not celebrating but was interested to see what you had. All sounds delicious. Eid Mubarak to you and your family.

Every year we are invited to to celebrate Eid with our Bangladeshi neighbours. Last year was scuppered by covid but this today we had a lovely meal (covid compliant etc) . Tandoori chicken, salads, coconut pastries and other amazing sweet puddings I don't know the name of. Eid Mubarak :)

Thank you! Sounds delicious. My kids do not like the traditional desserts as they are so sweet (they are half Bangladeshi) so all the more for me whilst they have ice cream
