Sorry if I'm the wrong place.

This is light hearted. DP is a lovely man, but ohhhhh so dramatic!

He was working outside this afternoon, had the drill out, came running in, using his 'important' voice, to declare that it was raining, pouring down, and he had to 'rush' to get his tools in. I went out to get the washing off the line. The ground was dry. There were literally 2 spots of rain in the air 🤷‍♀️

Tonight, we can't find the remote for the telly, going on past experience it's fallen down between the sofa cushions and I'll find it tomorrow when I pull the sofas out and hoover, he's now moaning and groaning about 'having to buy a new remote' without having actually looked for it.

He's so dramatic, and theatrical it's doing my head in!! I tend to ignore him when he's like this, but I'm just getting exasperated 🙄🤷‍♀️

But why are you waiting until tomorrow to find the remote? It's not even 8 pm!

Let's kill him. Or is that too harsh?

We don't actually need it, to work the telly. We can use the sky remote for all that we need.

He's researching now where to get another one, huffing and puffing away 🙄

Do it back to him. ‘Oh no, there’s only one jammy dodger left, we will all starve to death, quick let’s write our wills and get them witnessed. We can half the dodger between the two kids as their lives are more important than ours....”Grin

I have a dramatic DH as well... I tend to sigh and let them get on with it.

I have one of these. He stubs his toe and it's like his leg has fallen off.
