Double Pushchairs

Can anyone help me with information on double pushchairs?

I am a recent second time mum as 'Rebecca' was born in september this year. My first 'Katie' is now 2 years old.
I have searched on the internet but can not find any help on what type of pram would suit me?

We live on the outskirts of town - a good 4 miles to the town centre, which is too far for Katie to walk and too much for me to carry Rebecca.

I have heard of Buggy boards but again can not find many details about them.

Grateful for any help.
