PALS question.

Hi, I'd like some advice from PALS, but I've never used it before so I don't really know how they work.
Do I have to contact the pals office at the hospital that's concerned, or do they work as one service from any hospital?

To put it simply, I have an issue concerning hospital C. On the NHS Find Your Nearest PALS it gives me the contact number for hospital A and B - closest ones. Do I go straight to C, or will hospital A deal with C's issue?

I hope that made sense!

I've always gone to the hospital direct. This may be different if the hospitals are one big group though. Ring the switchboard for the hospital you need information from and request pals they'll direct you to the right one.

You need to speak to the PALS at hospital C ..... hospital a or b PALS won’t be able to help you....it’s not their nhs trust.

..... unless all the hospitals come under the same nhs trust

They are all under the same trust I believe, but sounds like it's the same, or easier, to go straight to hospital C's. That's what I first thought, Thank you!
