Antibiotics and suppository - anyone know what this is for?

It was pretty painful but became less so when I figured out how to relax that part of me!

I had a replacement in a few weeks ago and got a neurofen!

that was it... I feel a bit cheated now!

I had mine replaced a month ago. I took a tramadol before I went because I happened to have them, but the GP hadn't offered me anything.

When I told her I took one before coming down, she said she wished all her patients were like me. Strange that she hadn't offered or suggested anything at the appointment to discuss the fitting.

Antibiotics I would think in case of infection. What's the suppository called?

It's called Metronidazole. I took two neurofen plus before I went and I'm glad I did as on a couple of occasions I almost asked her to stop (and I'm not usually bothered about procedures). I think it was because the second part of my cervix was a bit tight.
