Help - French speaking mnetters needed please!!!!!

Out shopping with dd's today and bought some textile paints. Was so glad had found something to keep them quiet whilst I made lunch didn't notice til got home that the instructions were in German and French - no English!! So whilst I realise its not rocket science using textile paints I know there's something in here about drying time and washing instructions. Can anyone translate please, my o level french has long gone by the board.
Posez le textile a plat. Appliquez la peinture directement sur le tube.
Laissez secher le textile bien a plat pendant 4 a 6 heures.
Le textile est a present pret a etre porte!
Instructions de lavage : Lavage en machine a eau froide, vetement retourne ou protege dans une poche. Ne pas secher en sechoir. Ne pas repasser.

We've done the painting but not sure what to do now before they can wear their beautifully decorated t-shirts! I so do not want them all to fall off because I wash them wrong!

put the fabirc on the flat, apply the paint directly from the tube, leave to dry flat for 4/6hrs, its then ready to wear.
washing: in the machine cold, no tumble dry or ironing.

Wash in cold water inside out or in a protective net.

I think vetement retourne ou protege dans une poche means "wash inside out"

Oh brilliant thanks very much everyone - knew you'd be able to help. Told dh I was going to ask someone to translate - he couldn't quite grasp why I was asking on MN! Men!! It is just a veritable mine of information on here isn't it - I feel there will always be someone with the knowledge or experience I need. Hooray for mumsnet!!
