ewww i feel so sick. spent ages cooking it (one of those homepride stir in sauce things) and just sat down to eat it, and just saw a fly in it. yuck

Ewww yuck!

Reminds me of a few weeks back when I boiled up pasta and as I was serving it an earwig fell out of it, I'm pretty sure the earwig came from our house though as I had loads of them coming in on the washing.

Yuck!

But do you really think the fly came out of the jar? Isn't it more likely to have just been flying around and landed in the pot while the curry was cooking?

i dont think so kate as i have had the lid on the pan most of the time except when i was pouring the sauce in, stirring and putting it on my dish
