What does CAT mean??

I have been asked to CAT someone - what does this mean (probably a stupid question) Thanks

It stands for "Contact Another Talker". If you look at the top of this page you'll see a link in the "useful stuff" section. CLick it and you'll be told what to do next. There are no stupid questions!
