Party Decorators in London?

We are planning a party next year to celebrate our wedding. (We are that bit just doing this by ourselves). Its not a proper reception (ie I will kill people if there are any speeches) and its just going to be a day time do so people can bring their children if they don't have babysitters. We have almost booked a function room in a pub nearby as its cheap, does the catering has its own bar & toilet and access to a big garden with swings etc. But its a tad dismal and I want to decorate it but don't really want to spend the morning of the do doing this and thought about hiring someone. I wanted mainly balloons and tablecloths really as its going to be very informal. Have tried googling and have found corporate stuff, do it yourself or kids stuff. (though did find somewhere that hired soft play stuff which may be useful if it rains).

Does anyone know any decorators that don't cost the earth? or do they all?

Thanks for the info. The shops look interesting I'll have to have a good measure up of the room to see what I'll need. I also found some other shops online and a few friends have offered to help (I find it almost impossible to ask people for help!. Am very glad I'm not organising a proper wedding as its far too much like hard work!
