help i can't send email

my outlook won't send emails but there is no error message does anyone know how to fix this

outlook express can send but outlook 2003 will appear to send but mails don't arrive

have you made sure the settings are all filled in? server details, conection, etc.

yes I've checked teh settings are ok

You may have a large attachment or email blocking your inbox. go to mailtoweb.com and key in your email addy and password and see if you can recieve mail this way. HTH
